Came in to get a watch bracelet adjusted. And the gentlemen there was so helpful, kind and informative!! (Didn’t catch his name unfortunately). Felt incredibly welcomed despite bringing in a non luxury watch. Highly recommend and will definitely come back with any watch questions or a future purchase! Wonderful experience! 10/10

Fantastic experience this past weekend at Watches of Switzerland at Legacy West. Amazing selection of many luxury watch brands. Curt was great and answered all my questions and provided an all-around awesome experience. I settled on an Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra and could not be happier with my selection. Every member of the sales staff was so friendly and stopped by to chat and let me know what a great choice I had made. Looking forward to working with the team at WOS for all my future luxury watch needs!

The best watch store in the Metroplex, and it isn’t even close. Multiple watch brands that can’t be found anywhere else and a truly phenomenal staff that love watches. The people here are watch enthusiasts first that happen to sell watches. Not the other way around and it makes all the difference. Whether you are collecting, or buying for the first time, the folks here like David, Jonathan and Nick will go out of their way to help you and answer all your questions with honesty and integrity. Their excellent collections sell themselves and they just want to help you find what you want. A great experience all the way around. Drop by and say hello!

I just had my first visit to Watches of Switzerland in Plano and I am extremely impressed. Their selection of watches superb, and highly curated. I was particularly captivated by their extensive collection of the under-the-radar luxury brand Grand Seiko (not easy to find in most stores). Each member of the staff was professional, engaging, and not at all pushy; however, Nick went above and beyond. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I look forward to dealing with him again in the future. Highly recommend!

Had a great first experience with watches of Switzerland. I had the opportunity to work with Heidi. She was incredibly helpful in helping find the perfect watch for a gift. When I needed to place a rush on the order she was able to accommodate and provide excellent service. Would highly recommend this store and would advise asking for Heidi. Love the Tudor BB I purchased and buying experience that went along with it.

Heidi & Curt couldn’t have made the experience better. Unbelievably professional, personable, kind, and attentive. Being a younger person purchasing their first nice watch, they made me feel like I had shopped there for years.
